DETAILS:

• Side-seamed & double needle stitched
• Design uses eco-friendly inks and materials.
• Design Elements/Color may have slight variations due to many factors including your viewing screen, such as phone settings, computer settings, Lighting conditions etc.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wash inside-out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle OR HAND WASH
• If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting and avoid ironing over the print
• Tumble dry low or hang-dry

Processing time:

Please note since we specialize in custom designed gifts, generally a processing time of 5 days will be required (May increase during busy season). Please place order considering the processing time.

Delivery:

Order will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days after the order is processed.

Hence, a time of 6 to 8 days (processing + delivery) should be considered after placing an order.

No returns are allowed.

Please make sure to recheck the provided details before placing an order. Any changes made after 12 hours of order confirmation will not be accepted and Tint Things shall not be responsible for discrepancy in the order in the given case.

However, in case of a wrong or a defective product has been sent, kindly send us a message via email or DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of receiving the product (If damaged) with image of damaged product to start exchange request. Return/ replacement will be issued upon verifying the pictures.

Upon the acceptance of the exchange request, it will take 5 - 8 working days to deliver a new product.

Tint Things is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund/ return/ Exchange for cases where:

1. Products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

3. Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.

Cancellations of an order is allowed if made within 24 hours of placing the order.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment (Applicable for bank transfers)
